NoProblemRP Community Rules

General Community Rules:
  • NoProblem is an 18+ Community. You must be 18 years old or older to be a NoProblem Community member.
  • You must have a working, clear-sounding, headset (no feedback from speakers/microphones).
  • You must always make your best effort to follow these rules and to keep up-to-date with them.
  • You must always follow the TOS for the platforms we operate on.
  • You should always respect other members and staff. Everyone is here to have fun and be a part of the community. Any discrimination will result in the immediate termination of your membership.

NOTE: When registering an account with our site you automatically agree to our terms of use and privacy policy.

Reports, Punishments, Appeals:
  • If you encounter any violation of the community rules you should report it to staff immediately. You are not to attempt to handle staff issues yourself. If the situation occurs in-game you may also use the /report or /callstaff function. (It is important to note that reporting a player in-game will require you to know their player ID.)
  • Any punishments issued are at the discretion of the staff member handling the situation. Staff are required to follow basic guidelines, however, these are not up for debate between yourself and the staff member. If you have an issue with your punishment you are encouraged to submit a punishment/ban appeal. These forms are reviewed by Management.
  • Appeals may be submitted when you feel a staff action is unreasonable. You can submit an appeal by visiting the Appeal tab on the navigation bar.

In-Game/In-Character Rules:
  • Do not break Character - Class E -> Class D
    • While in-city you are always to remain in-character unless otherwise instructed by an Admin.
    • Do not attempt to interrupt RP to inform someone they are breaking the rules. You are always expected to continue RP. Admins will deal with the issue after.
    • You may not purposely attempt to force others to "break RP or FRP"
  • OOC Text Chat - Class E -> Class D
    • You may utilize the in-game /OOC chat if you need to communicate something out-of-RP such as a game crash of one of your group members etc.
    • You may not use this chat to attempt to avoid RP or any use similar to that.
  • Exploiting/Hacking - Class A
    • No form of exploitation or hacking is tolerated. This will result in an immediate permanent ban.
  • Server Restarts - Class E -> Class D
    • The server restarts automatically once or twice per day (IRL). We call this the "Storm". You are not to abuse this period to commit crimes or any other action that can not be countered. There is a 15-minute grace period before and after the "Storm" to allow RP to resume.
    • You are not to stop RP during this 15-minute period, however, you are expected to hold off on any priority RP such as robberies, pursuits, etc. (If a pursuit or similar scenario is started before this period and is not completed by the time the storm hits you are expected to resume the same scenario as soon as all members involved have returned.)
  • Looting - Class E -> Class D
    • You are not to kill someone simply for the purpose of obtaining "Loot". You must establish RP first and then continue it during the encounter. You are required to give the other player a chance to be robbed before simply killing the person unless there is sufficient roleplay reason to do so.
  • Metagaming - Class B -> Class A
    • At no time should members use any information learned out-of-game/character to gain an advantage in-character. (For example, any information learned from Streams, Chats in Streams or Videos, Discord, etc.) All information you use must be obtained in-character. Metagaming is considered one of our most serious offenses. In most cases, metagaming will result in a Permanent Ban.
  • Fail Roleplay (FRP) & Powergaming - Class C -> Class B -> Class A
    • At no time should any member fail RP or powergame. FRP & Powergaming are defined as using means not realistic or sensible to obtain an advantage or to avoid an in-game event such as drowning or falling down a mountain. Some examples can be found below:
      • Talking/Using Radios/Calling while severely injured or "dead".
      • Abusing any script/system to "get rich quick" instead of going through the in-game/character RP to gain meta-unlocks.
      • Dragging/Escorting someone instead of placing them in the vehicle.
      • Not using the /me or /scene system to indicate things to other players or LEOs. (For example: If you lock a door in RP that does not have a lock you must use /scene to indicate that. Or if there would be a blood trail you would use /scene to indicate that.)
      • Driving at unreasonable speeds for no reason.
      • LEOs not obeying traffic laws.
      • (These are just some examples, there are many more situations that fall under this category.)
  • Random Death Match/Vehicle Death Match (RDM & VDM) - Class B -> Class A
    • Members/players are not to attack another member/player or group without any valid roleplay leading up to the encounter or any valid story.
    • Members/players are not to attack another member/player or group using/involving a vehicle without any valid roleplay leading up to the encounter or any valid story.
    • Ramming or unreasonable reckless driving is also considered VDM.
  • New Life Rule (NLR) - Class D -> Class C
    • If you are downed in the first stage (DBNO - Down But Not Out) you are fully conscious and can remember all actions happening to you and around you. If you are in the second downed stage (fully on your back) you are incapacitated and can not remember anything happing to you or around you.
    • You must not just immediately respawn after being "downed/knocked out". You must attempt to contact emergency services first.
  • Multiple Characters - Class B -> Class A
    • You are allowed to have up to 5 characters/personalities.
    • Your characters should not cross stories or participate in the same gangs/groups.
    • You may not use multiple characters to benefit yourself. For example, sending yourself more money, and gathering information to benefit other characters you are not actively playing.
  • No Value for Life/Not Valuing Life (NVL) - Class D -> Class C
    • Members are expected to value their own lives and the lives of others realistically.
    • Shooting at LEOs/LEO stations or in Hospitals for no reason is considered NVL.
    • Do not insert yourself into situations, such as shootouts or fights, without a valid RP reason.
  • Suicide/ERP/Sexual Assault RP - Class A
    • There is absolutely zero tolerance for Suicide/Exessive ERP/Sexual Assault RP.
    • There should be no mention of Rape/Sexual Assault.
  • Crime/Criminal Activities - Class E -> Class D
    • All criminal activities are limited to groups of 5 at a time.
      • You may relay information to other players/characters (lookouts, getaway driver(s), etc.), however, once someone gets involved (i.e: The getaway driver gets into a pursuit, etc.) they count towards the limit.
  • Corruption RP - Class B -> Class A
    • There is zero tolerance for corruption in whitelisted positions without management approval. (For example, letting a criminal go as an LEO because you are "helping" the criminal's gang or group.)
  • Out of Game Communication - Class D -> Class A
    • There is zero tolerance for the use of out-of-game communication methods to avoid the transmission of information in-game. For example, if you are about to get arrested you can not call someone on Discord (or another similar program/voice service) and tell them to come and assist you. That must be done in-game on the phone or radio.
    • It is strongly recommended that you are not in a voice chat/call outside of the game while playing on the server, however, if the other person(s) are out-of-city and there is no meta information being shared you are not in violation of this rule.
  • Fair RP - Class D -> Class A
    • All members must make an effort to allow all participants in a situation to RP their scenario. (For example, LEOs should not just show up and shoot a group of criminals during a robbery. LEOs must first make an effort to contact the criminals and establish RP from there.)
    • LEOs must make an effort to allow criminals to create RP. For example, announcing the intent to taze, cuff, etc. before deploying tasers, cuffs, etc.
    • Criminals must also make an effort to allow LEOs to create/continue RP. Criminals may not just open fire on LEOs unless previous RP establishes this such as a gang war, ambush, etc.

Punishment Classifications:
  • Class A - Permanent Ban
  • Class B - 8+ Day Ban
  • Class C - 4-7 Day Ban
  • Class D - 1-3 Day Ban
  • Class E - Warning/Kick
All Punishments may be appealed. The details of appeals are listed on the appeal form.

These classifications are just guidelines. Depending on the specific situation punishments may vary. Punishments are not only limited to warns, kicks, and bans. Punishments may also result in the loss of in-game items etc.
